Purchased an air mattress from JcPenny and it was not as advertised, they took it back and gave a full refund, no questions. Checked around other stores, finally purchased one from Walmart, took it home, it was punctured. Took it back within 24 hours and Customer Service said NO, against the law for them to take it back.
