Purchases from a retailer

If you have purchased a product from one our retailers (either store or online), you must return your product to the retailer. At this time, Ariat.com is unable to process any returns for purchases that originated elsewhere.

Return an Order

You must obtain and print a return label by accessing our returns portal aereturns.ariat.com and following the on screen steps. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us at customer.care@ariat.com after you requested the return and we can post the label to you.

My item is damaged or defective

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product from us, we would love the opportunity to put it right.

Processing Your Refund

Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us for your funds to be back with you. A working day is any day other than a UK weekend or bank holiday. These refund times are dictated by the payment provider and are outside our control.

Items purchased from our retailers

If you have purchased items from one of our retailers (whether online or in store) and would like an exchange or refund, you will need to check the returns policy of the retailer you bought the item from and deal with them directly. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in your product through normal wear, please contact us immediately. Your item may need to be returned and inspected. Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Is postage refundable?

Postage costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be for the value of the returned goods only. Clearly indicate your refund or exchange preference. In the case of an Exchange, include details of the replacement product, size and colour you would like us to send.
