Do you have to pay restocking fees?
Restocking fees are illegal where I live, so there aren't any, but most states do allow them. If it's defective and you're just exchanging it you shouldn't have to pay restocking and should get the same price on the new one as well, so long as its on the same transaction. As long as youre within 15-day return policy, of course.
