How long does it take for my order to be returned?

All returns must be in their original, sealed packaging in order to qualify for refund. Returns Policy: We have a 60 day return policy and the products must be sent back in their original packaging. We cannot accept returned blankets that are damaged or have signs of extreme use.

I am very satisfied with the BlanQui Chill. It really does keep you comfortably cool. That said, it keeps falling off the bed in the middle of the night and because of the weight, it's hard to pick up and get back in position. Would appreciate any suggestions!
