I am purchasing at CS for years and I have never faced any problems with them. Same about the returns and refunds. The only complaint could be my feeling that they seem to postpone the free shippment to make you purchase the express one.
Camp Saver First Time and Great Experience
First time ordering from camp saver and thought the 20% off coupon for a pair of adidas hiking shoes was too good to be true. Reading the trust pilot reviews made me believe it was a bait and switch website possibly. I called customer service to check on the size availability since every size said low stock 1 left.

I purchased a Sierra Designs Flex Capacitor 40-60L backpack from Campsaver.com, and I had a rewarding experience. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received the backpack the following Tuesday. Terrible Experience
My experience with CampSaver was one of the worst I've ever had. I found a good price with them for a Garmin watch, due to a 20% off coupon. I ordered the watch as a gift. They cancelled the order without telling me so I contact them and they apologized and helped me place the order again.
