How do I make sure the computer I am ordering is compatible with my vehicle?
Once you complete your order and provide us with the VIN # we will calibrate a module that is specific to your vehicle. We guarantee the part will be a fit for your vehicle and no additional programming is needed.
Will my keys need to be programmed?
No they won't need to be programmed. If you have a SKIM or SENTRY key or any other type key or anti-theft system they will not have to be programmed. Our software will program all this into the computer for you. We guarantee that no additional programming is needed and the module will be fully plug n play.
How does the free warranty work?
1. We ship your order with pre-paid return label. 2. You return your old computer and the warranty is activated.
Will I need to go to the Dealer to do any programming to my computer?
No. No additional programming is needed. All of our computers we sell are plug and play. They are updated with the latest factory software and programmed with your car's VIN.
Will I be able to return my computer in the event it doesn't work?
You will be able to return your part within 60 days if it is returned undamaged in its original condition. You will be given the option of getting a refund or exchanging for another.
How quickly will you ship my computer?
Once we receive the required information to program your computer (or in case of a repair service, once we receive your core) please allow 3-10 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
