All Car Audio and Video items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in brand new condition and 100% complete - with all parts, manuals and packaging materials, and the original proof of purchase receipt. A restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged for merchandise returned without original packing materials, boxes and parts.
