Can wigs be returned?
Carefully place your wig back into the original packaging, and then back into the original shipping box. Attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the original USPS box to cover the original shipping label. Give your package to your Postman or drop it off at any USPS Office.

Not at all like the pictures
Terrible quality, cheap, and not at all like the pictures. These are worse than halloween wigs. Do not buy.

I purchased a beaded red wedding dress and when I receive the dress beads were hanging by treads.the dresses does not look anything like the photo.ALL They are nothing like the pictures and are cheaply produced.

Do NOT buy avoiding me when i ask for a refund! These are no where near what they are selling. They are cheap and small wrong colours. I feel ripped off, there scamming people.

This company is so terrible
This company is so terrible, I was a first time buyer and was not satisfied, I wrote to them about the poor quality of the wigs and requested a full refund, as that is what there policy said on the website.

I ordered the 3 for $50, when they came the were nothing like in the photos, the were pieces of straight hair! Awful, just awful!
Returning Your Wig
All returns must be in new condition with tags attached and be repackaged in the same manner as received. The wig product box should be inside a sturdy shipping box.

Our restocking fee is 15% of selling price listed on ElegantWigs.com™ website and, if we shipped for free, we will add shipping and handling of $10.00 US Domestic, or actual cost of Express or International shipping. Minimum restocking fee including our $10 shipping cost is $19.50.
Exchanges
Restocking fees apply to all exchanges to a different brand, as well as to color exchanges within the same brand, unless you have ElegantWigs.com™ color insurance.
Refunds
If you return a hairpiece in like-new condition with all original packaging, and you can't find another item to please you, we will be glad to refund the balance to your credit card (less appropriate restocking fees).

I paid this company $50.79 for 2 wigs on sale and got nothing but garbage. The items were shipped from a New Jersey warehouse. When I requested a refund, they did not respond. I mail the wigs back to their warehouse then the answered and said if I want a refund I have to mail the wigs to China. Deceptive and fraudulent sellers

I ordered some Humadn 360 Lacefront and got plan wigs. They aren't what I ordered! I waited a whole 2 months for this garbage??? I requested a refund Before this garbage left the Store. I ordered 2 wigs off of this site and after doing so I decided to watch reviews over the wigs on YouTube come to find out hundreds of people are getting scammed and not getting what they ordered or what was pictured..and all of the reviews on the site turn out to be fake..
Fake Hair
I orders 2 wigs and you get 2 free suppose to be human hair and when the order came it was 4 of the same kind of wigs and the hair is synthetic. I reached out to them via email and got 1 response since Jan 20 and still haven't gotten a email and then they ain't even refund me.
