What is the status of custom offsets'refund?
Custom Offsets has been in receipt of the actual rims on July 27th, although Custom Offsets carrier had possession and confirmation on July 26th yet it has withheld the refund of $3,099.77 for the purchase for 6 days now without any indication of when we can expect our funds back. We have yet to be reimbursed.

Paid $3,000 for a set of rims and tires that Custom Offsets website said would fit. Got them and they didn't fit. Emailed multiple times and called to be told sorry our guide isn't 100% accurate and there is nothing we can do because you pulled the car out of your garage. Rims are the correct size and lug patter but the tires are too big.
