How long does it take to get a refund from distribution?
Returns of Distribution products with a receipt or invoice presented within 90 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Without a receipt, refunds will be limited to the current selling price.
How long does it take to get a return from Amazon?
Returns are accepted within 30 days* of purchase on most items. Items need to be new, unused, and in resalable condition unless the return is for damaged or defective merchandise.*

Gift Cards (egift cards or physical gift cards) are not returnable/refundable. Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) are also not returnable. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
When did Deseret Industries close?
The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic led all Deseret Industries thrift stores to close to the public on March 17, although they remained open to serve some individual needs. Since then some of Utah’s locations participated in ProjectProtect, the service effort to sew 5 million medical-grade masks to health care workers.

This will limit the number of items that can be accepted during the initial reopening period. 4 Donation drop-off operations may close early because of increased demand and the time required to quarantine each donation. 5 Donors are asked to wait in their vehicle until it is their turn to donate. Once they have reached the drop-off area, donors can remove items from their car and place them in the designated bins or carts. 6 Donors are encouraged to wear masks.
When will Utah stores reopen?
The rest of Utah’s locations will be reopened by Monday, June 9. In general, most stores will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., although stores will have reduced hours to allow for restocking and sanitization. Each store will adhere to local government safety guidelines to slow the spread of COVID-19.
