Any return made without proper authorization will not be accepted for refund or exchange. The RMA number is only valid for 3 weeks after it is issued. Any return that is received after the 3-week period may not be accepted or may be subjected to a restocking fee. All returns must be sent in original packaging with the RMA number clearly posted on the outside of the package. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, but can be shipped using the customer’s choice of carrier. They really are great as long as you're not trying to get one by on them. Took my 4.0 battery in this morning that wouldn't charge. They swapped it out for a 5.0 because that's all they had in stock.

Don't know if this is your first mechanics tool set from Dewalt but man I can tell you mine are going on about 3yrs I believe and haven't had a single problem I have the 204pc set I freaking love pulling out those bad boys they really are made great, glad to hear if I do ever have a problem they will take care of me.
