All equipment purchased internationally from Emotiva is covered by our standard 30-day return policy. All equipment returned to Emotiva for a refund must be shipped to our US headquarters in Nashville Tennessee, at the purchaser’s expense, in its original packaging.

How quickly are orders shipped?

if the claim was submitted after the first 365 days of the Term, Emotiva shall issue you a credit equal to the remaining duration of the warranty (prorated). The credit can only be used for the purchase of merchandise and cannot be used for freight/shipping.

How long is the emotiv warranty?

EMOTIV warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days beginning from the date of shipping of your original purchase (“Limited Warranty”). What is a malfunction in emotiv?

Malfunction resulting from the use of accessories, attachments, product suppliers, parts or devices with the Product that does not conform to EMOTIV’s specifications or is not supplied by EMOTIV. Damage occurred during shipment.

What does it mean when an emotiv is DOA?

An EMOTIV product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operations when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please Contact Support immediately.

Can you return an EMOTIV headset without a RMA number?

EMOTIV will not accept returns without an RMA number. You must first include the following in your Support Ticket: The Order Number and Serial Number of your headset. Can Emotiva be insured?

Any Emotiva product returned for warranty service MUST be properly insured. Emotiva CANNOT assume responsibility for shipping damage. If you shipped a product back to us for service, and it's damaged in shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping company to cover the damages.
