Faire cannot accept returns for any of the following:
- Customized products;
- Testers or sample items;
- Individual items from a bundled set;
- Items marked “final sale”;
- Items that have been used or are in less than perfect condition;
- Seasonal items; or
- Other items determined by Faire in sole discretion.
Does faire charge for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by Faire, but the original shipping costs and import fees to your store are non-refundable. If an invoice has been paid with Faire credit and a payment card, the credit will be returned first.
How do I return an open order on faire?

We offer free returns for 60 days on the first order you place with any brand, so you can feel confident trying out new products online. Free returns are only eligible on your first order with a brand, meaning that any additional orders you place with that brand won’t be eligible for free returns.

Faire offers free returns on a retailer's first order* with a brand. If a retailer orders too much or tries a product that doesn't work for their store, they can return those items for free, as long as the return is submitted within their designated return window.
Can I cancel an order on Faire?
You can cancel an order on Faire as long as the brand hasn't started processing it yet. To cancel an order: Hover over your Account icon and select Orders & Reviews Find the order you'd like to cancel and select Cancel Order If the brand has started processing your order, click Request Cancellation.
How do I contact someone at Faire?
To send messages from your desktop or laptop computer: Select Messages Search for the retailer you want to contact Start chatting You can also upload images or documents in chat by clicking on the photo icon in the chat box. Chat is currently only available on a desktop or laptop computer.
How do free returns work?
With free returns, you're offering the same discount where the customer isn't charged a penny for sending something back to your company. Whether the item is being delivered or returned, you're acquiring the shipment costs with your free policy.
How does Faire make money?
Faire makes its revenue from the makers who display their products on the site. For the first order, artisans pay a commission of 25% and the cost lowers to just 15% for the second and all of the other orders sold to the same shop. Brand owners may receive immediate payment for the orders placed.
How does Faire reimburse shipping?
Faire covers the initial cost, which is then added to the retailer's invoice. With Ship on your Own, you cover the shipping cost and are refunded for this amount in full in your total order payout. This cost is then added to the retailer's invoice.
How long does shipping take with Faire?
Orders are shipped within 3-4 days of purchase.
Can I dropship from Faire?
Unfortunately at this time, Faire does not support drop shipping to retailers.
