We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received excluding federal holidays within Canada. Orders can take approximately 48 hours to be shipped. Please note that during peak periods, you might encounter a shipping delay from 2 to 4 days before your order get shipped.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or modify orders once submitted. However, you may refuse the package at the door. As long as the package remains unopened, our carrier should not charge to return the package to us.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Ninjavan. We kindly ask that you anticipate 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.

ORDER STATUS

Any orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) are processed on the next working day in the order in which they are received. Orders placed and received on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
