Your return must be accompanied by your packing list or receipt. Orders placed on UrbanOutfitters.com cannot be returned at our European stores. Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery: The original method of payment will be refunded in full.

How long does it take to get a refund on a used item?
Used content may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by using a refund token. Refunds will be for the same amount and currency you used to make the initial purchase. For example, if you buy a champion on sale for RP, you'll get the sale price refunded in RP even if it's not on sale anymore.

Lost Packing Lists
If you've lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser, you'll receive a new packing list when you create your return online. If you'd like to return to stores, click on the order you wish to return, print out the Order Summary page and bring it with you to the store. Can you return items to Aggieland Outfitters?
Used, worn , and washed merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Merchandise returned and/or exchanged within 60 days will be refunded in the form and amount of the original tender paid, as listed on the receipt. After 60 days, Store Credit will be provided for all returns and/or exchanges on merchandise currently in stores. Refunds and exchanges for merchandise not accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at its lowest selling price in the form of Store Credit. This is up to the discretion of the manager present; if there is not a manager currently present, it is up to the discretion of the acting manager.
Can Aggieland Outfitters give a refund?
