Returning something you bought at a LEGO® Store is easy. As long as you bought the items in the last 90 days, you can take them back to the LEGO Store and one of our in-store Brick Specialists will be able to help you.
Can I return Lego to LEGO Store without receipt?
Here is a list of the rules you should consider when making a return: Lego items valued at more than $200 cannot be returned to a Lego store. Sealed sets without a receipt or order confirmation email can't be returned or exchanged at a Lego store.

How to get a return label for Lego?
To get a free return label on LEGO.com, log into your account and go to your Order Status page. From there, click on “Return Items” and follow the instructions. If you don’t have access to a printer to print out your own label, get in touch with Customer Service. All refunds are made in the original payment method.

December 2011. The " lowest price" point is generally valid, but LEGO doesn't tend to discount much, so it's not really an issue there. I'd imagine if you did too many of these returns, they'd block you. If you're an AFOL with a relationship with the store personnel, you probably don't want to burn that bridge.
Do you need a sticker on a Lego set?
There doesn't need to be a sticker on the bottom nor any proof it was bought at the LEGO Store. The official policy is that they will take aback any LEGO set without receipt as long as it is sealed and currently stocked. You will get store credit. This policy is on the back of the receipt.
