How much is a Linsoul restocking fee?
A restocking fee (35% of the item’s retail value) will be charged for parcels that have been opened. This also applies to packages that have been opened but are still working well. Please contact support@linsoul.com to process your request. After receiving and checking that the item is in good condition, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the remaining 65% of amount paid will be reimbursed directly to the payment method used (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 working days. Please also note that PayPal or your bank may also require some processing time after we have issued your refund.
What is warranty in manufacturing?
Warranty is defined as our written promise to repair or replace a faulty product that results from manufacturing issues.
How long does it take to return Linsoul?
You may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within the 7 days upon receiving it. For items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon delivery, Linsoul will assess the issue and provide a solution accordingly. We will either provide an exchange, a replacement or a repair service of the item (s), depending on the problem encountered. Please contact support@linsoul.com within the 7 days.
Why are my products faulty?
Products become faulty due to poor weather conditions or any natural disaster.

Can you return a defective Linsoul?
We may require you to return the defective unit to Linsoul in exchange for a replacement.
Does Linsoul cover defects?
Defective Products. Linsoul Warranty covers any factory defects that might affect the proper functionality of your purchase. It does not cover any man-made damage due to human error, negligence and etcetera (please read the following paragraph for more details).

Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are collected at the time of checkout (DDP). There will be no additional charges due upon receipt. Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are determined by a combination of factors.
International Returns
The Linksoul domestic return policies apply to international returns. Items must be unworn and returned to us within 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately, our Returns Portal does not accept international returns.
