At Lovisa we have a strict no-returns or exchanges policy on any pierced jewellery (including earrings) and hair accessories, unless the item exhibits a genuine fault. Can you return unworn earrings?

DVDs, music and computer software: many retailers will not accept returns on these items if the seal or packaging has been broken. Earrings, make-up and toiletries: these items can't be returned for hygiene reasons and this may be extended to items such as underwear and swimwear.

Why are earrings non returnable?

Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. However we can't accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - or custom lengths items, as we've customized these pieces especially for you.
