They blatently stole my money. I watched all their stupid videos and did everything they said to do including writing in to get size advice. The advice they gave didn't seem right so I went up a size from what they told me to get. I also purchased additional hooks. Even with SIX additional rows of hooks I cannot wear the corset AT ALL.

I would give no stars if I could. Accidentally bought the wrong size. When I tried it on purposely had on a tshirt so no deodorant marks or lotion could get on it. Figured out I still was too large for the large. The tag was still on it the way they asked and they still rejected my credit.

They are NOT giving the 10% discount as promised, the waist trainers are strategically made too small, forcing a customer to either spend another $20 on an extender or returning it to them at another hefty expense with the hope of getting store credit (you won't get that either!).
