How do I return something to Nautica?
Purchases made in a US Nautica store must be exchanged or returned to a US store and must be accompanied by the original sales or gift receipt. Items purchased online at www.Nautica.com may be returned to a US store location with some exceptions. Online returns must be accompanied by a packing slip/confirmation email.
Does Nautica have free return shipping?
Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be refunded the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

You can either place the new order online at Nautica.com or call us at 866-376-4184 and we can assist you. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 866-376-4184. Please have your order number available when you call.
