Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 90 days from your item's ship date. If you are returning a Manufacturer Direct, Memorabilia, or Collectible item, you must return your merchandise within 30 days of your item's ship date.

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Where does the NHL Shop ship from?
The majority of our orders ship from our shipping facilities located in Jacksonville, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada and Frazeysburg, Ohio. However, some items may ship directly from our manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy You may easily cancel your NHL.TV™ subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees and you will not be charged any subscription fees after your cancellation date. There are no refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.
How do I track my NHL order?

Does NHL com ship to Canada?
The new Canadian online shop will be available in English and French, the official languages of Canada. The site will also offer fans various Canadian currency payment options, including Visa checkout.
Can you return Customised Nike trainers?
Yes, our custom Nike By You sneakers are included in our returns policy—you can return them for any reason within 30 days. And returns are free for Nike Members.
Can you return custom nike soccer cleats?
