How do I get a refund for my Noise Product?
You can reach out to us at support.gonoise.in with your order ID and images of the product. Noise will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
Is there a final sale on Noize?
Final Sale. Valid on select styles while supplies last. We reserve the right to post spontaneous flash sales on any Noize product at anytime. Items in these flash sales will not be price adjusted if item was previously purchased.
What is the noise warranty policy?
The Noise warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the Noise products only and is non- transferable. The warranty services is limited to repair or replacement of the product & is at the sole discretion of Noise. Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
What happens if I need to replace my Noise Product?
In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without packaging & accessories. Noise shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in Noise products.

Does Noize run small?
This coat does not run small at all - not sure why so many reviews claim that it does. I'm fairly petite, but extra small usually fits me except in brands that have been vanity sized (so that their "0" or "XS" is actually sized more like a size 2 or a small to medium).

Does noise ship with an invoice?
