My seat does not stay in place no matter how tight the screw is. The seat will start out level (my preferred seat position) but will slant upwards within minutes of my ride. I’ve been using this bike with iFit about 6 times and it often quits working. The only solution I’ve found is to do a factory reset by plugging the device in while holding a pin to the console.
C 12.9 awful knock or clank every full rotation
My SO bought a commercial 12.9 elliptical a little over a year ago. It's been making a loud knock from the flywheel area soon after we set it up. It quite loud, but only makes a noise when performing a full rotation. It seems to happen at the same spot, as the weight is being transferred from the right foot to the left foot.
