Can you return skates to Pure Hockey?
Yes! If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, excluding hockey sticks, hockey shafts, replacement stick blades, jocks, custom items and apparel. I have baked and/or sharpened my skates.
How do I cancel a Pure Hockey order?
Whatever the reason, the easiest way to cancel your order is to call us at 866.787. 3462. You can also click on “Cancel My Order” under My Account.
Can you return Bauer skates?
Bauer offers a full 30 days from the date of purchase, to return an item purchased through our Bauer.com site.
Do Pure Hockey skates come sharpened?
Pure Hockey will sharpen the blades of any new skates you purchase from us, or you can take your skates to an ice facility to have them sharpened. But be sure to explain that the skates are new, so the blades get a hollow.
Can you return Heat molded skates?
No refunds or exchanges on moulded skates. Any purchase of a customized product will be considered as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Does Pure Hockey sharpen skates for free?
What are they? Pure Hockey believes in making your time in our store an experience. Every store offers the chance to purchase a Breakaway Rewards membership, free WiFi, and a service center for getting your skates sharpened or fixed.
What skate cut do NHL players use?
A hockey skate doesn't have a single edge, like a knife. It's a 3-millimeter-wide piece of steel hollowed out down the middle in an inverted U to create two edges. An NHL player uses both edges on both skates, like a skier shifting weight from side to side during turns.
How often do NHL players get new skates?
So, how often do players in the NHL get new skates? It varies from player to player. Victor Hedman of the Tampa Bay Lightning says he uses a new pair of skates every ten games. Patrick Marleau of the San Jose Sharks said he used to get a new pair of skates four to five times a season.
How long should a pair of skates last?
How long does your average pair of skates last? Anywhere from 1 – 20 years. It totally depends on quality of components, upkeep and maintenance, the type of skating you do, and how often you skate. The wheels may be the first to go, but they can be changed.
How long does pure hockey take to ship sticks?
Our intention is to ship any order received by 2:00 pm (EST) the same day. Certain items may take longer, but the vast majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours.
Do Pure Hockey rewards expire?
Pure Rewards Memberships do not expire or terminate within the lifetime of its members. However, you may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying customer service at customerservice@purehockey.com or 866.787. 3462.

How long is hockey Monkey standard shipping?
Standard Shipping is available to all locations in the contiguous United States for $13.99; oversize shipping fees may apply to large or heavy products. Approved orders placed by 1:00 pm Central with Standard Shipping are typically shipped the same business day.

Does Warrior send replacements?
Warrior, upon receipt and approval of your return, will send a replacement product of the same model. If the style is no longer available, Warrior will replace it with a product of equal or greater value. The ability to upgrade returned products is not offered. All products are replaced one time and one time only.
Does Pure Hockey have a warranty?
At Pure Hockey we are proud to offer some of the finest and high-quality pieces of hockey gear, but recognize that sometimes there are manufacturing issues which may cause you to experience a problem. All hockey manufacturers have a warranty program to stand behind their products which can be found on the page below. Each manufacturer handles warranty replacements a bit differently, but they ask that you contact the retailer from which you purchased if your product malfunctions within it’s given warranty period. If they do not accept their prize, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Once a contestant is selected as a winner, they are not eligible to be selected as a winner for the remainder of this promotion.
