If the Warrantor determines that the problem with the PV module(s) is not due to a manufacturing defect in the Warrantor’s workmanship or materials, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Warrantor necessary to repair, replace and transport the PV module(s).
Solar request for motorhome
I’ve filled out the paperwork they requested by chat 3 weeks ago with no response. I’ve called numerous times alway put on hold and no one ever answers the phone hangs up after 5 minutes. Very poor company.
Renogy UK customer service is shameful
Renogy UK are shocking. Do they actually have anybody in the UK as I can't find an address or anything. The supplied me an Australian spec inverter instead of a UK model. Eventually got a reply from them asking for pics etc (maybe they thought I was lying?) and I have had no further response despite many emails to them.
Horrible support
Horrible support. Dealing with them for three weeks now. Different guy each time (typically with screaming kids in the background). Different answers each time. Never a resolution......
The very worst of the worst
The very worst of the worst - these con men have held over £1000 from me for a month now - 2 weeks since I requested a refund as they had still not shipped my order that they claimed was in stock at the time. Would you trust these guys to provide electrical equipment for your home/camper? Lithium batteries? I certainly wouldn't.
First Class Customer Service
My Renogy Wanderer PWM solar charge controller developed an error code. So I sent an email to Renogy UK explaining the problem and I received a very quick reply. Initially they asked me to perform some tests, but these were unsuccessful.
Unreliable Cheap components from the Communist Party of China
I ordered a solar panel kit for my sailboat. They sent me it in pieces. I still haven't received the complete order and I am still sitting at the docks waiting to leave for the Bahamas. They have a serious supply chain problem. Stay away from them. Don not buy from them their wharehouses are empty.
