What is ASOS return policy?
You can return any item to us within 45 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. For orders being delivered to a Click & Collect location, you have 45 days to return your order from the date it is received by the pick-up point.
Can I return ASOS after 45 days?
If you return within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, a gift voucher will be issued. The voucher will be locked to your account, ready to use on your next purchase. You'll be able to view this in the 'Gift Cards & Vouchers' tab in your account.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!).

ASOS Christmas Returns
Returns policy has been extended for Christmas 2020, All orders placed from 1 November 2020 – 24 December 2020 can be returned all the way up till 31 January 2021.
Change of Mind Returns
If the item is still in original conditions, ASOS will accept returns obligation free. All Items received within 28 Days of initial delivery date will be entitled to money back straight to their original payment method.
