What is Road Runner sports’ return policy?
Road Runner Sports reserves the right to refuse service to customers who excessively return shoes, apparel, or accessories for exchange or refund. We hate to say it, but we simply can?t help these customers find the right product so they will lose out on our promise for Your Best Ever and will no longer be allowed to shop with Road Runner Sports.
How long do I have to return my shoes and apparel?
Just make sure your shoes are back before your time runs out! As a Rewards Plus member, you've got 90 days to give your apparel the Ultimate Test Run. If it's not what you expected, send it back within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll make it right! You get 60 days to decide if you want to keep your apparel.
What is the return policy for electronic devices?
Just return your item in new condition and its original unopened packaging within 60 days of your purchase date. If you've performed the initial setup of your electronic device, or removed it from the packaging to test it, we cannot accept it back.

Can you return running shoes after wearing them?
Because return policies vary, wear the shoes indoors or on the treadmill for the first several wearings. If you find any discomfort in wearing them, return them. This may include the shoes being too tight, too loose, blisters, pain from the shoes rubbing in the wrong place, new knee pain, etc.
