Over a year ago I bought the Ruby Love box for girls on their first period. The time came for my daughter to use it. She was really happy with the goodies inside- the stress ball, booklet and eye mask. She used the underwear and unfortunately it leaked through very quickly. That weird hole in the middle for an extra pad is also uncomfortable.
Poorly made, bad pad placement
These are very awfully manufactured. They are leaky, and the pad goes halfway up your butt (do they think we menstruate from back there, or what?), and there will be a very clear line that will show through whatever pants you're wearing back there.

Very bad customer service . Bought for my daughter and sizing is huge !! They don’t fit well and looking at them I can’t see how they work ! I spend over $ 400 and what a complete wast of money . Great for my pre-teen
I bought several pairs for my pre teen daughter. The pants are good at stopping leaks and my daughter feels confident wearing them. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. My only complaint is cleaning them. It is an extra step as I wash them separately. Just me being extra fussy.

I ordered the tween swimwear for my daughter. Unfortunately it was too large but Ruby Love were so helpful with exchanging the items for a smaller size. I love that they donate all exchanged products, so generous! As for the swimwear, it is beautiful quality fabric and construction.
