Star's professional sales and design consultants will make certain your selections are right for you. Orders of in-stock merchandise can be canceled anytime up to 48 hours prior to delivery for a full refund. If an order is canceled after that time, store credit will be issued.

If your Starmark chew toy or product sustains damage by your dog within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a refund, replacement, or alternative product at our discretion.
