Shady Rays will evaluate your submitted Warranty claim. If Shady Rays determines that the damage to your Covered Item(s) is caused by a defect in materials or craftsmanship, Shady Rays will replace your item, at no cost to you, with the same style and color, provided supplies are available.
Does Sunski have free returns?
Returns: If you're not satisfied with your Sunskis for any reason, you can return them to us within 30 days if unused and in all its original packaging. If you decide to keep the sticker inside the box, we won't come after you... We will process a refund for the item itself, but not for shipping.
What are parts of sunglasses called?
Sunglasses are made up of three different parts: frame, temples, and lenses. The frame includes several elements like the nose pad, bridge, and part of the hinge. The temples include the other half of the hinge which is then fastened to the frame using a screw, glue, or heat.

To make sure your new lenses stay shiny and happy, here are some great care tips: if you take your Sunskis into the pool, ocean, if they come in contact with sunscreen or a lot of sweat, make sure to rinse them with freshwater before the end of the day (especially if they have a mirrored coating)! When that stuff sits on the lenses for too long, they will start to eat away at the coatings and can damage the lenses.

How long does it take to get a refund from a credit card?
First 30 day: Credit card purchases will receive a refund back to the original card. Cash purchases over $350 and all check purchases will receive a refund by check after 10 business days.
Can you return skateboards?
For your protection, no returns will be accepted on skateboards/longboards, climbing equipment, or used merchandise. Swimwear, underwear, and baselayer may be returned if unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags still on the garment.

What's the deal with our sunglasses lifetime warranty?
Your pair of Sunski sunglasses is covered under our sunglasses lifetime warranty for as long as you own them. Our lifetime warranty covers all problems related to manufacturing defects that occur during your ownership of the shades. Minor damage like scuffs and small dings are not covered, because that's a waste of perfectly good shades.
Are your sunglasses lenses scratched?
Our SuperLight frames are virtually indestructible, but all sunglasses lenses can scratch if you adventure hard enough. The lenses are the most expensive part of a pair of shades, which is why we're not able to provide them for free under our lifetime warranty.
