How do I return Treadly?
Return Process To return within your first 30 days, please contact Treadly support team directly at contact@treadly.co with your order number or any other contact information used when placing your order. Our team will confirm your return by providing an RMA number and any further instructions.
Where does Treadly ship from?
Treadly is shipped out of our New Jersey facility via ground shipping, and can only be delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico).
Can you jog on Treadly?
You can walk or jog up to 5 mph, move the handrail up or down (and yes, this means you can walk on the treadmill even with the rail *all the way down on the floor* for workouts), *and* track your daily progress in the Treadly App.
Can you use Treadly on carpet?
Can Treadly be used on a rug or carpet? Yes. Treadly 2 is recommended to be used on a hard, flat surface but can also be used with a low pile carpet to medium.
Is Treadly worth the money?
Now starting at just under $750, Treadly certainly isn't cheap, but it feels durable and long-lasting, and I could see this replacing a gym membership altogether. And for runners out there, it is certainly more affordable than, say, Peloton Tread (starting at $2,495) or Echelon Stride (starting at $1,338.98).

Whats the difference between Treadly 2 Basic and Pro?
Both the Treadly basic and Treadly pro are equipped with the handrail and auto-position speed control. In addition, Treadly Basic includes a remote control while Treadly pro has built-in Bluetooth integration with our IOS app, allowing you to seamlessly switch modes mid-workout for both models.
What is the difference between Treadly 2 and Treadly 2 Pro?
The Treadly 2 Pro has all the great new features of the Treadly 2 Basic with the added bonus of the Treadly phone app. Both machines give you your workout data (including steps, distance, and speed) on slick built-in handrail digital display, but the Treadly app enhances this by synchronizing the data with your phone.
Are folding treadmills worth it?
One of the primary benefits of a folding treadmill is that it saves on storage space. People can fold the treadmill up and store it away when it is not in use, which may particularly benefit those living in smaller properties. Foldable models often have wheels on the bottom, making it easier to move them around.
Why is my Treadly not working?
Check that the belt is properly centered and aligned. The sensors may be dirty and should be cleaned by taking a dry paper towel and placing it on top of the belt. Then, slide the paper tower underneath the sides of the Treadly and wipe it down along the length of the belt.
How do you store a Treadly?
Your Treadly can be stored in two ways: horizontally or vertically. Horizontal storage underneath large furniture is advised.
Does Treadly have incline?
The key thing to know is that, because of its diminutive size, it does not go very fast—its speed range is between a sloth-like 1 mile per hour (mph) and a slow jog pace of 5 mph or a 12-minute mile. It has a very small motor of 1 horsepower (versus 3.75 in that of the NordicTrack), and it does not incline at all.
