How do I return an item to Untuckit?
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit, or gift card. Go to returns.untuckit.com and start by entering your email address. Choose the item (s) you want to return and click "continue." Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it. Your refund will be issued once we've received the item (s). Call, text, or email us.

What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return shipping for domestic orders is always free, and we’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges for in-store purchases at the location in which the items were originally purchased.

You have the option to waive the refund back to the original form of payment and instead, take advantage of the UNTUCKit E-Credit offer. An UNTUCKit E-CREDit allows you to shop for something new right away on our site. The voucher will need to be used at checkout.

How long does it take to get an E credit for a return?
There’s a 30-day window to request the return or exchange once you receive your item. Upon processing a return, an E-credit will be generated, giving you the option to exchange for a new style or size. Please note that E-credits are only redeemable online.
Can I return more than one item in the same box?
Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box! Please follow the instructions below: Put all items into one box along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning.

Can you use UNTUCKIT Refer a friend?
UNTUCKit’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites. Compliance with Law. As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all up-to-date laws, including, but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act.
What information will I need to proceed?
The gift receiver is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zipcode. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the cause of return.
Will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?
The gift giver does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever. The gift giver will only know about the exchange if the gift receiver volunteers to tell them. A good solution for all types of communities, families, and friend groups.
What if I decide to spend more than the voucher amount?
Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store's normal check-out methods.
How will this exchange voucher work?
At the time a shipping label is presented, you are also presented with a unique instant gift exchange voucher code that's easily copied to your clip-board. A link takes you to shop again immediately in the store, where you load up your cart and use the code at checkout as you would any voucher code.
How much time do I get to return the items?
It is best if you mail them back as soon as possible, but you have about 10 days to drop those return items in the mail so that they are received in time.
