In order to protect you from theft, damaged or broken items, Vintage King requires that every shipment is protected with insurance provided by FedEx or the carrier used to fulfill your order. Can you cancel a vintage king order?
Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Vintage King for a refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to Vintage King. For orders paid by check, please allow two weeks to receive your refund check.

FREIGHT RETURNS
If you need to return an item that was delivered via LTL truck, you can:
PREPARING THE RETURN
Please pack the product in its original packaging the same way you received it to ensure safe handling during transit. Clearly place the return label (parcel) or BOL (freight) on the top of the package.
THE REFUND
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received our team will inspect the item and process the item back into our inventory. Once your item is received we will initiate the refund and you will receive a refund from your financial institution in 2-10 days.

Can you return a final sale item?
Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty. If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned. ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES. CLICK HERE to start your online return.
Do you have to send hats back in a box?
Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. Hats must be sent back inside of another box to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Shoes must be sent back in a satchel or box (box preferred). Do not tape or attach anything to outside of the shoe box.
Can you return face masks?
Face mask, underwear and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition.
