We want you to love your item and will guarantee that it will work as described. We have extended our return policy to include items with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Defective items will be exchanged for replacement. If no reasonable exchange can be made, a refund may be issued.

RETURN REQUEST STRICTLY WITHIN 24HRS AFTER SIGNED DELIVERY & RETURN DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAY OF SIGNED DELIVERY
Return deliveries are strictly returned at your cost (the buyer) and must be booked to return back to us strictly within 7 days of date of signed delivery received by you (or day of us accepting returns whichever is greater). Until we receive the goods back, the goods are the buyers responsibility.
REFUNDS
Once our facility has received your return and fully inspected it, we will immediately release the funds. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.
