Can hair extensions be returned?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. Security seal must be intact.
Can wigs be returned?
Carefully place your wig back into the original packaging, and then back into the original shipping box. Attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside of the original USPS box to cover the original shipping label. Give your package to your Postman or drop it off at any USPS Office.
Can I return a used wig?
Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be odor-free. Retail packaging must be unblemished (no creases, split or damage of any kind). Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer.
