Why is my 1Stop order in limbo for 6 months?

The lender wants payment and 1Stop wants money for an order that is in limbo. Desired outcome: Cancel my order that has not even left the primary producer of this furniture. Not hold a customer liable for money that they have already received and cannot produce the product that was ordered. 6 months is an unacceptable Today, on March 15th/2022.

What's going on with the 1stopbedrooms firepit?

Purchased a firepit/chair set from the 1Stopbedrooms in 2018 along with the 5 year warranty with White Glove service meaning they put it together, deliver and set up. The firepit started malfunctioning in late 2020. Contacted the company and tried some work arounds - some worked some of the time.

I purchased two lamps at $402 each. High end Jaimie Young lamps. The website said free shipping. I got a phone call telling me I had to pay $89 in shipping and despite asking them to cancel my order. They offered me a 3 year warranty. I think they were up selling to warranty and it had nothing to do with shipping. The product arrived.

Wrong item delivered Nov. 6, 2021. Order # 9016178. Immediate request for refund submitted to Customer Support, request #1749352. Photos provided to company. The e-mail reply on Nov. 30 is they are working with the manufacturer to get the correct rug and that they reserve the right to repair or replace any item which is damaged or with defects.
