What's your holiday return policy?
We have extended the return window for the holiday season. All orders placed from 11/1/2021 through 12/7/2021 have until January 7th, 2022 to return or exchange an order. After 12/7/2021 the normal 30-day window will go back into effect.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Returns for a refund are charged an $8 flat processing fee. This fee will also include your return shipping label.
