Simply awful

Simply awful. Cheap lenses that scratch easily even with anti-scratch coating, the progressive lenses they offer are the worst I have ever had, with a very narrow channel of vision that distorts midway from center. The staff is unknowledgeable and doesn't even note the center of your eye as is done at private optometrist or even Costco.

SHOULD BE CALLED AMERICANS WORST

SHOULD BE CALLED AMERICANS WORST, GIRL AT DICKSON CITY STORE WAS SOOO RUDE AND NON CAREING,COULD CARE LESS ABOUT BEING HELPFUL, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WHEN IT WAS MY WIFES TURN SHE OPT TO GO ELSE WHERE. WE ARE SEVENTY YEARS OLD.

Outstanding optometrist (Wilkes Barre branch)

This review applies specifically to the Wilkes-Barre store (Highland Park Blvd.) I selected it specifically because Dr. Victor Greco works there and I have received excellent care from him for more than 15 years.

Avoid at all cost

This was just an overall bad experience fom the disorganization, unclear pricing, and timing issues. I arrived early, but the doctor was late coming back from lunch or somewhere (walked in with her purse 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started).

More concerned with avoiding accountability than with providing courteous service

I had the BIGGEST misfortune of shopping at the retail location in Algonquin, IL. My lenses were lost, glasses misplaced - they weren't located until after 30 minutes of searching and given false assurances. The blatantly disrespectful of my time and totally unprofessional.

Insurance scam

Insurance scam! Don’t trust them if they say they take your insurance. They were listed on my insurances website and I called to double check and they said yes. Only to finish my eye exam and be told that they don’t take my version of the insurance and got hit with a bill I didn’t anticipate paying.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

just now I showed up to my apt on time yet they helped 3 people that came in after me first, then I wait 45 minutes before I got seen for the pre exam. Apparently I had a Tele doc apt not that I had a choice but after waiting an additional 30 minutes they tell me they are having tech issues and tell me they need to reschedule me.
