“ It has been a year and a half and Anna Hariri still did not deliver my 7 dresses. I cannot comment on their Facebook page and Instagram because they blocked me. Today, I learned that I cannot also login to their website Annahariri.com which contains my invoices and orders. I sent thousands of emails to follow-up on my order but to no avail.
Why are Annah’s orders taking so long?
I used the live chat on Annah’s website and got a reply. She explained that the delays are due to covid. She had to move to a new facility to accommodate social distancing for her workers. During this time I assume they stopped shipping all orders. Thus they have a LOT of backlog when they started again, resulting in delays.

Ordered not delivered after 2 years
I ordered on 26 April 2020. My order number is US62993. I ordered 4 dresses, paid for all 4 with express shipping.got only 1 delivered. The remaining 4 is still pending for the last 2 years. I sent them emails repeatedly. They kept saying we have back log due to covid, yet you will keep seeing new promotions and sales. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Anna hariri company is a complete frude.. they are scammers... I order 4 dresses in August 2020 ... and never received.. no answers no response.. when I ask my order and comment on their fb page they blocked me...

If I could give anything lower i would. I ordered matching dresses in April 2020 and up to today Feb 12,2022 have not received anything. Scam do not buy from them. Company is scam and owner is a thief.
This is a shameful scam!
I chose to purchase dresses from them because they have decent ones that hijabis can wear, but OMG! Never again!!! I purchased a dress in Jan 2020 and have yet to see it! They keep replying to my emails with bs excuses, IF they reply.
