How do I get my Asteria hair back?

How do i make a return? Easy: e-mail us at service@asteriahair.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund.

How long do Asteriahair Hair extensions typically last? The lifespan of Asteria is anywhere from 3 - 6 months, depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained.

Yes. We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange within 15 days, as long as it has not been used, worn, or tampered with.

We will provide an exchange on unopened hair extensions within (15) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

3. Do i have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

The buyer bears shipping back cost, except when wrong items are sent or there’s obvious quality problem when delivered.

4. How can i exchange my extensions for the right color?

Easy: e-mail us at service@asteriahair.com and let us know your order number, as well as which shade you'd like to exchange for. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you can get an exchange.

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.

Yes, you certainly can! Placing an order will reserve a set for you so once we are back in stock, we will send you your Asteria Hair Products right away!

9. How long does my hair have to be to wear Asteriahair Products?

We recommend 6 inches minimum, but if you think you can make it work then you are more then welcome to try it out

10. Can my Asteriahair Products be dyed?

Our extensions are 100% human hair that have gone through its own dyeing process, and although they were constructed to accept color, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. Dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your Asteriahair Products and possibly cause damage if not done correctly.
