What is Bambi's return and refund policy?
At Bambi, we want you to be able to shop with us with complete confidence. To help you make the most of your experience, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund any bedding products unless you have a valid claim of law.
Where can I get BAMBI Baby's personal in home delivery?
For customers located within 100 miles of our distribution center can utilize Bambi baby's personal in home delivery, which includes in home delivery, assembly and set-up. Please contact us at 877-882-2624 for more information.
What is the return policy for items returned under warranty?
All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened with the original packaging intact and all warranty cards, manuals and paperwork included. Any items not returned in new condition will be assessed a restocking fee. (amount will be determined on individual basis).
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 90 days from date of shipment on items that are in new and unused condition. If the item was purchased by the case, the return of unopened bags is allowed. eGift cards are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
A member of our Customer Service Team will notify you via email once we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
How long does it take to return a Bambi baby?
If you're not happy with the product (s) you buy from Bambi Baby for any reason, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Bambi Baby ships to the contiguous 48 states. It's free if you spend $100 or more (although most furniture does not qualify). For large furniture deliveries, you can either have them delivered to your curb or a room of your choice. Depending on which state you live in, it will usually cost a couple hundred dollars for shipping (eek!).
Is Bambi Baby good?
The selection at Bambi Baby is pretty good. For things like rocking chairs, bedding, car seats, cribs, and other furniture, you usually have at least 200 options to choose from. You can sort them by brand and color to narrow your results as well. You can select a checkbox of multiple items and "compare" them side-by-side to view their description, availability, prices, and product details. This is a helpful way to choose between a few different items you're interested in.
