Banter.com is proud to offer free and easy returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date for the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Returns can be completed by mail or in a retail store.

Banter.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 90 days of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center.
Shipping times
All orders ship from our studio shop in Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via UPS or FedEx.
Full-price retail items
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date.
Sale retail items
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Private parties
All private parties are final sale. If you can not make your scheduled private party, a pass will be given as credit toward a future private party.

Damages
If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email hello@banterandbliss.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to provide with possible options.
