Love this store! When I ordered through the store via phone, the sales associate was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She even reached out to me after the purchase! My necklace was mailed out and I received it within the week. Love the necklace! I will be shopping with them again!
Cheaply made and rude in store
The gold on my ring from apm wore off incredibly quickly. I left this for quite a while (through covid lockdowns and everything else) and finally went into store in covent garden to report it. They were very nice and said to come back whenever and they’d replace it and I ended up buying more jewelry.
I have ordered a lucky eye bracelet
I have ordered a lucky eye bracelet. I wore it 2 or 3 times and the color has changed immediately. This is. very honest review and very bad experience i had. compare to 10$ chain we can wear at-least 4 or 5 times we can wear. Waste of money. very cheap quality with high price.
sales person are rude in NYC soho store
When I enter the store located in soho NYC there is no other customers only myself, my friend and one of the sale person behind the counter. but the sales person just ignor us, thats fine.
Impractical, poor quality, go elsewhere
The necklace I paid £90 from and personalised has brought nothing but trouble. The design is so impractical, it is always loosening and getting tangled without me actually touching it.
Trepidation proved unfounded
I decided to check out reviews before going ahead with buying some items from the Roma collection, which looked very beautiful and unusual on the website, although were not inexpensive. What I found here was seriously bad and off putting, however I took the plunge.
Buy with caution
Beautiful jewellery, visually stunning, but many designs are ill thought out and impractical. I’ve bought several pieces but around half so not sit/fall properly, tangle when worn, or are flimsy.
