Contactless Garage Drop Delivery
Your item (s) will come in the manufacturer packaging, or securely wrapped by Becker and arrive unassembled. We'll place the item at your doorstep, front porch, garage or first level of most apartment complexes. We'll collect a proof of delivery by taking a quick photo and document the person it was dropped off with, if available.
Customer Pick-Up
Becker offers our customers the opportunity to pick up their furniture at our Distribution Center in Becker, MN and at some of our store locations. Pick-up times may be different from store hours; please call ahead to verify pick-up times. Merchandise that is picked up is not assembled.

How long does it take to get a refund from Becker?
Requests for a refund must be made within ten (10) business days from your date of purchase. Becker will issue the refund, minus any non-refundable fees or CPE completed course fees outlined below, within thirty days from request (or from date of printed materials return, if applicable).
Can Becker's programs be transferred?
For the avoidance of doubt, any content you printed or materials you downloaded related to any of Becker’s programs may not be transferred to another person or sold to another person.
Is Flex Pay a refundable fee?
Printed flashcards and supplemental multiple-choice questions are non-refundable ancillary products. Flex Pay installment fees and shipping fees which are summarized below are non-refundable and your refund will be less these fees.
Can you get a refund for a bundle?
Refunds are only issued for the full bundle purchased and are not subject to partial refunds based on lack of utilization of bundle features, such as Live or LiveOnline instruction or tutoring.
Does Becker include printed materials?
Becker study packages that include printed materials include one (1) copy of these materials in the cost of the package, which you will release for shipment from the course software home page when you are ready to study each section.
Is a refund pro rated?
Refunds will be pro-rated based upon the number of completed courses or webcasts. Each completed course or webcast will be assessed at the existing “per course” rate and deducted from the refund amount. Per course rates are listed in the CPE Course Catalog.
Can you get a refund on a mattress that has been removed from the original packaging?
No refunds will be given once a mattress is removed from its original packaging . The mattress must also be free of any rips,stains, tears or burns. You are required to notify a sleep specialist within 60 days of the original delivery date and the delivery of reselection must be within 75 days of original delivery date.
Do premium mattresses have a warranty?
Most manufacturers offer a warranty on premium mattress sets. Keep the warranty valid by: Having the proper support under your sleep set. Ask about center support options. Retaining possession of the law tags. Keeping the mattress clean.
Does Becker offer a 60 night comfort guarantee?
As an additional service to our customers, we offer a 60 Night Comfort Guarantee with the purchase of a Becker Mattress certified mattress protector and any Becker Mattress pillow. If after 30 nights you are not comfortable on your new mattress, we will assist you with a one-time reselection of a same or greater value mattress.
Does Becker Furniture World give free gift cards?
Occasionally Becker Furniture World has a promotion which advertises a free gift or item (gift card) with purchase. If you choose to use the Comfort Guarantee you will be credited the price of the sleep solution less the retail price of the free gift or item. Your free gift may be returned for a full credit if in original packaging and unused.
