How long do I have to return an item?
Returns terms for purchases from a Best Buy partner are located on the partner's website. In general, returns can be made up to 15 days from the time you picked your product up at a Best Buy store.
Where do I return my product?
If you purchased a product from Samsung.com and you selected a Best Buy in-store pickup, it must be returned to a Best Buy store; any Best Buy store will accept your return.
