How do I return something to Birdy GREY?

Most of our gowns tend to run a touch large, so if you float between sizes based on the size chart, you may want to order a size down.
Can I cancel a birdy GREY order?
We are unable to make any changes to your order after it's placed. However, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team, and depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we can request to cancel it so you can place a new one with all of your items.
How do Happy Returns work?
Customers can drop-off returns through the Happy Returns nationwide network of Return Bar Locations including the newly announced Staples locations. The returns process enables customers to drop off returns without packaging or printing out paperwork and provides this service in under 60 seconds.

How Fast Is Baltic born shipping?
Shipping can take anywhere between 5-14 business days for domestic orders. We offer an express shipping option at checkout that is 2-3 business days guaranteed. International delivery will be 7-14 business days with door to door tracking and it will be delivered by the local mail service.

So ok, you'll receive your dress much sooner than that. However, if you need an exchange and your size is on backorder, it can take up to 3 months to replenish inventory + time for alterations. Avoid potential drama and just order early, bird.

Where does my refund go?
Any order returned for a refund, that was purchased using an eGift Card, will be refunded back to the eGift Card used to make the purchase.
What if I got my eGift Card as an Exchange?
If you received your eGift Card from an exchange, you have 90 days from the date your first order was placed to receive a refund on your original form of payment.
Can all eGift Cards be refunded to a different form of payment?
No, only eGifts Cards created as an exchange may be disabled so the original form of payment can be refunded. Please note; the original order must be within 90 days.
