What is a web match rebate?
Web Match Rebate: The Web Match Rebate is equal to the difference between the net retail store purchase price and the total cost of the same purchases from the Blick online store (DickBlick.com), including all delivery and handling charges . Web Match Rebates will be calculated based on the total purchase amount, and not based on the price of individual items. Where the total purchase amount for identical items, including freight and other charges, is less through the Blick online store compared to the retail store total, Preferred Customers are entitled to a Web Match Rebate. Blick online store homepage offers will not apply to Web Match Rebate calculation. Rebate calculation is subject to the availability of technology to perform the match (i.e., communication lines, software). Web Match Rebates are valid only at participating Blick retail stores. How long does it take to return a brick?
If you have purchased a Brick SOFI Exclusive product and wish to return it for refund or reselection, you may do so within thirty days. The product must be in “like new” condition. Simply return it to your nearest Brick location.
Is a deposit on special order items refundable?
Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable after the product is shipped from the manufacturer. Commercial and builder contract orders require a 50% deposit on all purchases. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the product being ordered from the manufacturer.
