Products that are purchased directly from store inventory, to be picked up after order, can be cancelled at any time during the process up to pickup.

RETURNS Online Orders Direct Shipments

To qualify, the product must be unopened and undamaged and returned with authorization within 30 days. Should the product have been opened, please advise the Surplus Products agent who is assisting you with the Return Merchandise Authorization. The product must not have been assembled or installed.

EXCHANGES: Online Orders Direct Shipments

Exchanges must be addressed through the Return Merchandise Authorization process. The exchange has to be prior approved and for equal or greater value and charges may apply. Please contact your SurplusProducts.com agent for prior approval on exchanges.
