I live in Keokuk, Iowa. A town with not many places to shop. There are only two places in this area that I purchase perfume. The Cato's in Keokuk, and an hour away in Illinois at a Rue21. To my huge disappointment, I discovered our Keokuk Cato's no longer sells perfume! Perfume and purses were the only things I bought in that store.
