Our goal is to always maintain accurate information on our website, however it is impossible to completely eliminate all errors. Occasionally, our suppliers provide incorrect pricing information, which results in our website displaying an incorrect price.

Special Order (Out of Stock) Items

These items are not immediately available for pickup at our stores but which we can ship to our stores for free in-store pickup. Items usually arrive at the store within 2 to 7 business days. If the Add-to-Cart button is not available, that means the items is temporarily not available for special order.

14-Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories

Unless you have a separate agreement with Centre, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 14 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fees

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Centre error, Centre may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

How to Return a Product

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact the Centre Procurement Team and obtain a Return Material Authorization “RMA” number before the end of the applicable return period. Centre will not accept returns without a RMA number.

If you change your mind - all products except Gaming PC Systems

For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. If you wish to return unwanted products, you must let us know that you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

If you change your mind - Gaming PC Systems only

If you change your mind in relation to your Gaming PC system, you must return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Returned Gaming PC systems must be in their original packaging, include any accessories and be in "as new" condition.

Refunding you when you have changed your mind

Once we have received the products back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product by the method you used for payment. You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.

If products are faulty

All products are guaranteed against hardware faults for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If an item is faulty please return it to us so that we can inspect and test it. Please see “How to Return Products” below. If the fault relates to bright or dark/dead pixels, please contact Customer Services so that we can advise you further.

If products are misdescribed

If the product does not meet its description, you can choose either a replacement or full refund (via your original payment method), which we will process once we receive the product back from you.
